Posted by: Texas_LibertyAs you know, I called Dr. Jack Pruett a liar in my last blog. This is simply because it is true. It always amazes me when people think they are going to get away with lying and causing harm. No one ever gets away with evil... ultimately. It is amusing to hear Dr. Jack’s sophomoric attempt at distancing himself from the “project” and Linda’s operation of it like he had no knowledge or responsibility for anything except finance. This is a lie. He, in his own words to me and in his own posting called himself “The Judge”.
He told me to my face that there would NEVER be a representative government on the farm as long as he owned the property. Dr. Jack said that he would be the arbiter of any disputes and that he would set ALL policy and make all important decisions regardless of the people’s wishes. You see, he is all about the money; doesn’t want anyone telling him how to spend his money (where have I heard that one before) and is solely interested in the success of “the project” as long as it is likely to make him money in the long run. Unfortunately, he doesn’t seem to care or even acknowledge the great harm this “project” has caused many families.
He is obviously only concerned with getting his 100k back. He thinks his 100k is worth WAY more than a family losing stable employment, a nice home and their children’s friends. My family still has 90% of our belongings in Paris storage. Is his 100k worth more than my daughter wondering where all her toys and bikes are? Somehow in his mind he really thinks that people have ONLY invested the bit of money they gave Linda. I hope he chokes on his 100k. We should all do our best to ensure anyone googling that land as a prospective buyer knows exactly what has gone on there. ...months with no septic... and an incomplete building built by committee to name a few.
Should anyone decide to pursue legal action, I am confident he will not be found innocent of incompetent mismanagement, and foreknowledge of Granny’s alleged fraud and probable embezzlement. In his own words, she is his business partner. I don’t buy that he has no responsibility in this fiasco. If he had simply listened to me back in October, we could have fixed all this. But alas, I am a simple peon, and not to be regarded by the King.
Dr. Jack clearly lied about me in the second meeting. I will leave it to the listener to decide. I report, you decide. Listen to the audio. He is not to be trusted. He has washed his hands of “the project”. ...so much for the 6 weeks to present the King a viable plan to save the realm. He is going to try and sell it right out from underneath y'all peasants. I told ya so. Maybe people will listen to reason in the future.
POSTSCRIPT:
It would be naive to believe that people will ever see the truth until circumstances force them out of their comfort zone. Hopefully this occurs prior to additional harm. Turning a huge oil tanker well on its course is easier that changing one person's deeply held opinion. Fortunately, I serve the Most High, Who specializes in circumstances. He can change anyone's opinion about anything. Sometimes it takes pain as I personally know. Thankfully, He is merciful and full of grace towards the humble and merciful.
Of course, I have forgiven both Linda and Jack and hope they have learned their lessons as many of us have. I bear no ill-will towards anyone... at least not for long. We all strive to be good in our own way and to do what is right in our own eyes. This is folly, as anyone familiar with the Scriptures will attest. It is my sincere hope that all will someday find what they were looking for when they stumbled upon Granny's Farm. Yahweh willing.
